Time Inc. Leaves the Building With Its Name on It

Time Inc. will move out of its namesake Time-Life Building in midtown Manhattan and will take 700,000 square feet a few miles south in lower Manhattan. The publisher, which is in the midst of a roadshow in advance of its spinout from parent Time Warner, says it will make the move “by late 2015.”
