Anand Chandrasekaran, the exec who just left Yahoo after he did its recent deal with Yelp, is joining Bharti Airtel as chief product officer. The well-regarded techie will join the India telecom giant to “lead product conceptualization, design and development across the consumer segment of the company,” it said in a press release. At Yahoo, Chandrasekaran was senior director of global search products and has also worked at Openwave.
