Twitter announced on Tuesday that its new redesigned user profile pages will roll out widely to users of the Web product. Aside from a drastic design overhaul, users can now “pin” their favorite tweets to the top of their profiles, a significant change to Twitter’s classic reverse-chronological ordering of tweets.
