Facebook will hold its F8 developer conference in San Francisco on April 30, offering a host of workshops and best practices guidance to the more than 1,500 developers expected to attend. In a post to his Facebook page, Ilya Sukhar — founder of the Facebook-owned developer tools startup Parse — said the event would be a “pure developer conference,” focusing mostly on technical material for devs looking to integrate their apps with Facebook.
