Steve Luczo, the Microsoft board member who was part of the search committee to find a new CEO, is departing the board. The Seagate CEO and chairman has been a director since only mid-2012, but was part of the effort to hire longtime Microsoft exec Satya Nadella to replace Steve Ballmer. It is unclear if Luczo’s seat will be filled.
