Scottsdale-based domain registration company GoDaddy said it had named former Apple exec Betsy Rafael to its board. She is the first woman director at the privately held company, which provides a wide range of online services to small businesses. Rafael is the former chief accounting officer at Apple and also was a finance VP at Cisco. She serves on the boards of Echelon and Autodesk. The lack of women board members at tech companies has been widely debated in the sector of late.
