MyFitnessPal, the food-tracking app maker that has become a sort of central mobile fitness platform, has acquired Sessions, a small startup that paired people with exercise coaches. The Sessions team will work on future MyFitnessPal coaching products with the goal of adding accountability and professional advice. MyFitnessPal has more than 50 million registered users and recently raised $18 million.
