Maker Studios Investor Upfront Ventures Raises $280 Million Fund

Upfront Ventures, the investment group best known for its early bet on Maker Studios, which sold to Disney earlier this year, has raised a $280 million fund. This is the fifth fund for Upfront, which rebranded from GRP Partners a couple of years ago. Fortune previously reported that Upfront was raising money.
