Re/code on TV: Uber and Baidu, Amazon's Diapers and More Sony Hacks

Re/code staffers explain the week's tech news on TV screens.

Another busy week of tech news had Re/code staffers explaining it all on TV.

On Friday, Kara Swisher appeared on CNBC’s “Squawk Alley” to talk about the huge investment by China’s Baidu in the car-hailing service Uber.

Managing Editor Edmund Lee joined “NBC Nightly News” on Thursday to explain the scale of the hacking attack against Sony Pictures Entertainment by attackers as yet unknown, and the embarrassment it has caused the studio.

And on Monday, Lee appeared on CNBC’s “Squawk Box” to talk about Amazon’s plans to get into new lines of consumer products — starting with diapers — and how it fits into a larger strategy of “keeping the customer.”
