On Wednesday Pixar released the first official trailer for Inside Out, a movie about the inner workings of human emotions. More specifically, it's picturing the emotions inside of a preteen girl named Riley (and us, really) as characters wrestling and balancing how we really feel with how we convey those emotions to the real world (e.g. eye-rolls, vacant stares, angry glares).
From the two minutes we see, Inside Out flashes a bit of the imagination and deft storytelling that we've come to know and, well, have missed from Pixar. The studio's last release was last year's Monsters University. Though it did not schedule any movies for 2014, it has two coming out next year, with this and The Good Dinosaur.
Inside Out is scheduled to be released on June 19, 2015.
