Google Officially Launches Google Fit, Its Health App for Android Devices

Google has formally launched Google Fit, a health and fitness software application that was announced at the Google I/O developers conference earlier this year. Like Apple’s HealthKit, Google Fit is also aiming to be a central repository for data shared to and from third-party apps like Strava, RunKeeper and Noom.
