Good Technology, which helps businesses manage their workers’ mobile devices, said Tuesday it is buying Austin, Texas-based Macheen to increase its abilities around managing employee-owned devices. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
In addition to its technology around split billing, Macheen also has direct relationships with a number of carriers, including Sprint.
