Re/code in the Media: Target, Microsoft, Nest and "Silicon Tally"

Here are this week's clips.

We at Re/code occasionally venture out from our blogger cave and into the world of tech and business commentary on TV, radio and the Internet. Here are this week’s clips.

Kara Swisher was the guest on Marketplace’s Silicon Tally technology industry quiz, in which nobody correctly answered a question, but a fun time was had by all.

Jason Del Rey dropped some knowledge on MSNBC about making credit cards more secure in light of the Target data breach.

I joined Jason Calacanis’ “This Week in Startups” show to talk about Google’s acquisition of Nest and other topics.

Our fearless co-leader Kara also stopped by CNBC to talk about Microsoft’s still-pending CEO search.

And she had some comments about Netflix’s prospects after its stock popped over big subscriber additions, as well as other topics like Carl Icahn’s pitch to split up eBay.
