Facebook's New Branch Hire Tweets About His Medium Posts

Peter Kafka covers media and technology, and their intersection, at Vox. Many of his stories can be found in his Kafka on Media newsletter, and he also hosts the Recode Media podcast.

“My POV on @Facebook hasn’t changed. They def. have product challenges but also 700 mil+ daily users and the guts to reinvent themselves. Kudos to @finkd for the humility to embrace constructive criticism, and much love to @ev & @goldman for having our back over self-interest.”

Tweets from former Branch CEO Josh Miller, explaining what appeared to be evolving views on Facebook over the last year. Miller announced Facebook’s acquisition of his company yesterday. “Finkd” is Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg’s (rarely used) Twitter account; Miller’s tweets also thank Branch backers Evan Williams and Jason Goldman.
