Doula Mary

My passion is to support and enhance the development of a loving, bonded relationship between the newborn and its parents. 
I do this by bringing into the family's home my knowledge and experience, and a willingness to serve in many different capacities. 
The goal is for new parents to gain confidence in themselves as she encourages them to trust their own instincts and abilities.

In Breastfeeding Support, my intention is to guide, to assist, to support, to listen, to help with breastfeeding, and to supply resources whenever needed or wanted. Ultimately, the goal is for parents to gain confidence in themselves and to trust their own instincts and abilities.

Prior to my journey into helping new families, I had a successful career as an independent paralegal and, previously moving from Huntington Beach to The Valley as a Realtor.

I have 2 grown daughters to whom I was a stay-at-home mom, soccer mom and Girl Scout leader, (I can still bleed green when she is out hiking.) I live up in Box Canyon with my husband, Tony and golden doodle, Xena.

I am a member of CAPPA,, with whom I am pending certification for both her PPD and CLE, DONA and Doula Association of Southern California. I am also affiliated with Birth and Beyond in Santa Monica, California as well as West Valley Doulas, an affiliation of both labor and postpartum doulas on the West end of the San Fernando Valley.
