I'm an unattached woman with an adult child.  I'm intelligent and witty, and an unconventional thinker.  I'm a liberal independent who usually votes Democrat and I enjoy friendly discussions with good people of all opinions and walks of life.  Respectful, honest debate is welcome, ad hominems are not.  I'm an agnostic, but  acquire and acknowledge wisdom in whatever form it happens to take, hence my blog alias.  I'm a voracious reader with similarly eclectic tastes.
