The tough guide is a Fantasy/Parody novel being written for the 2007 National Novel Writing Month competition (nanowrimo) unlike most Nanowrimo Novels it's goal wasn't 50,000 words in 30 days, but 60,000 words in 30 days. Add exams into the bargain and you have a real tough November.

The Novel follows 'Tourist' Nerrisa in her adventures around Fantasy Land. Join her as she learns to fight, collects a band of misfit companions and attempts to defeat the 'Dark Lord, He who must not be named, Lord My Great Aunt Martha'

This journal will basically be a backup file for the novel, and eventually edited and used to show friends and family the masterpiece that is 'The Tough Guide' or at least, thats the plan.

For anyone who wants to join Nanowrimo, you should. It is an excellent experience! Go write a masterpiece!
