my name is diona; numerology number of seven. it is
a variant of dione. in greek mythology dione was the mother of
aphrodite and the feminine form of zeus. diona is pronounced
dee-ÓN-nah; it's okay if you say it wrong - most do.
i am in love with the most wonderful, generous and amazing guy ever. his name is wayd. okay, so yeah, there are times when he's a jerk, but what can i say? he is a man after all. we have been together for over seven yrs. and are about to celebrate our fifth wedding anniversary. he is my home. my safety. my rock. my sanity.
i'm an eighties child, a mixture of music genres and fashion eras. i love all things musical, artsy and creative. i like using semicolons and other such characters, but i'm not big on capital letters so i rarely use them. [online that is, off line i'm grammatically correct to a fault.]
i am very maternal and have a pretty domesticated side. at times i can be moody and even vindictive though i try my best not to be. i'd like to think that i'm mostly a happy-go-lucky person, but i suppose that would be reaching. i'm more or less a worrier. at times i can be a bit smothering, but i will protect those i love until my last breath.
i believe in God and Jesus Christ. i was raised pentecostal, but i feel it's relationship not religion. i am a believer however i'm surrounded by friends and family members with many different beliefs of which i respect. i accept others the way that they are and don't believe in pushing anything on anyone.
i am a body mod junkie. i have five tattoos and eleven piercings. i have my next four tattoos already picked out. i'm going in january to have the next two done. i don't mind showing pics of my modifications, but i don't usually take any of them unless it's unavoidable. why? because i didn't get them for attention i got them for my own enjoyment. yes, that's right i enjoy them. i love them, they're a part of me and my self expression.
