Erwalt de Beer, or better known as WALT, is a unsigned singer; songwriter & frontman in the pop / rock genre from South Africa, who’s songs on radio often get mistaken for those of an big international band / artist. “…one of this artist’s strengths is that the uniqueness of the singer’s voice is difficult to pin a comparison to…part corrupt choirboy, part angelic rocker, it’s just one of those voices that you would instantly recognize, which is a rare gift in these days of manufactured Idols….” Derek Lynch – Radio 5-fm – Review 26 / 07 / 2006 In 2006 Walt released an debut E.P.album, of which 4 of the 5 songs from the cd are currently playlisted on national radio stations in South Africa such as: Highveld 94.7, Jakaranda, RSG, Radio 2000, and campus stations: Tuks-fm, UCT Radio, PUK- Fm, UJ-Fm etc. The 2nd single "All for You" is recently released on the new Mk89 Compilation CD which are available in music stores.
