Talking Towers

We are a group of tenants who live in the Tamworth Estate area of Old Trafford who are increasingly unhappy with the decline on the estate, namely anti-social behaviour, noise nuisance, drug dealing, cat killing, damage to property, the lack of support for the most vulnerable people who live here in fear and isolation who's problems then spill out into the wider community and become intolerable. We aim to provide a forum here where tenants can get their feelings out into the open and really vent their discourse. We are also fed up with glossy magazines coming through our letter boxes purporting the "amazing talents" of the housing trust that allegedly deals with these problems. The truth is that nobody here feels that anything ever gets done and that the money spent on brochures bragging about so called results and acheivements could be better spent on really tackling the issues that most law abiding, decent tenants feel strongly about. So there, that's the top and bottom of it, rant away!
