I am a 2nd-3rd generation Chinese American poet and writer.  I received my B.A. in English from Rutgers University (1994).  My work has been published in dIS*orient, and selected as a winning poem and printed as a limited edition letterpress broadside that is now included in the Center for Book Arts' archives in Manhattan.  My fellowships and awards include:  Atlantic Center for the Arts (Coca-Cola Arts Foundation Scholarship), Centrum Creative Arts and Education, Virginia Center for the Creative Arts (Geraldine R. Dodge Foundation Fellowship), and Kimmel Harding Nelson Center for the Arts.  I have studied at the Asian American Writers' Workshop, the Fine Arts Work Center in Provincetown, West Side YMCA’s Writer’s Voice, Voices of Our Nations, the Poetry Society of America, Poets' House, and The Center for Book Arts.  Currently based in the New York City Metro area.
