Talking about myself is something I absolutely hate doing. Whatever I say, I always feel silly and awkward. Of course, this could be because I actually am silly and awkward. I'm a girl, from Canada. Born and raised in Toronto, currently living in Calgary. I have a BA in anthropology, and I finished my MA in communications earlier this year. Now I'm letting my brain have a lovely rest from school. I like to make pictures. Note that I said "make" pictures, not "take" pictures. When I started playing with cameras I just took the photos, point and shoot and wonder later why the result wasn't very good. Now I'm at a place where I point and think and shoot (or point, think, repoint, rethink, etc, and then shoot). Which is not to say every photo is a winner, but a much higher percentage of them make me happy and proud now. I'm out of things to say about myself, so here are some random facts: My hips do lie; I once shaved my head at Bible camp to liven things up; My French is crappy, but my Latin is pretty good; I have a combat/motorcycle boot fetish I have a video blog, at www.blairbitchproject.net
