Working out is a wonderful thing. I feel tired and relaxed at the same time, BUT equally as vibrant and refreshed. I think I'll feel even more refreshed after I shower. (Yes, Sarah, I have yet to shower.. I got caught up in making new friends in an LJ rating community. How funny!) Something else...

So I realized I never did update after my 30 day goal setting. This girl can now do (are you ready...) SEVEN push ups in a row, thank you very much. I have to say I didn't really try for the first 10 days at all. And then someone asked me how that was going...which kicked my butt into gear. And then...
