I don’t really know cartoon characters these days other than Family Guy, The Simpsons and Drawn Together, but I assume this is a parody of one, seen on graffiti near the Clifton Terrace car park in Wellington. No, I don’t get it, but it still made me smile just on how goofy the character looks....
