Oh my gosh! Can you imagine? I don't know how many people have smelled the aroma that comes from marijuana plants, but that officer is getting a pretty hefty whiff of a sweet smell. It really does smell nice. He probably thinks he's gone to heaven, wondering if just the aroma is making him high....
