OMG, I feel sooo much better today! Knee pain greatly decreased and slept really well. For the first time in months, I woke up refreshed rather than just a little bit less tired. The magic combo? Cymbalta & Tylenol PM. I'm sure it won't be a perfect combo for long - but it worked great last night so...
