I live about half way up a large apartment building. Balconies are set into the building (i.e. they don't stick out), but that doesn't stop the occasional bit of trash thrown from near the top of the building from drifting and landing on my balcony, depending on wind direction. I took some things down to the thrift store today. I got receipt for my donation, so I not only cleaned out my closet a bit but I also get to write that off my taxes. I'm also selling some things on eBay. So far I've sold one scarf - need to ship that in the next day or two. I just put another one...
