Well, Doug was my latest victim. I used Google's CAD tool Sketchup6 to create the 3D model of Doug's name. From Sketchup, I rendered the block letters into a .PNG file, then opened and touched it up in Photoshop CS3. Google has a free version for download and a whole whack of Youtube.com video...
