前幾日由於全身痛，停止了打坐數日，今天再度拾起蒲團上坐。 平常沒有掃地看不見灰塵，一掃之下，才會知道地上都沙沙的。今天打坐就是這種感覺。腦袋原來容納了這麼多浮游般的念頭，沒有停止的。幾年前不經意的一個瞬間，都會在這種時刻出現。原來，時光移轉之間所有的不經意，都已經成為了比記憶的單位更為細碎的一種物質。有時只是一個畫面，有時沒有畫面只有片段，它們是沒甚麼具體意義的無謂存在。（或者我還沒有理解真正的意義） 比如，那年日本之行在東京旅館的走道行走的感覺；今日春末午後同事打電話告知案子談不成的時刻；或者是更久遠以前的某個時空。我們時時刻刻都在儲存這樣的痕跡，而我坐上了蒲團，是為了要消滅這些痕跡嗎？還是...
