I finally got off my butt last night and went to the gym! (of course, after I had eaten some ice cream with chocolate sauce) But I did good, I walked on the treadmill for a bit, lifted some weights did a buncha crunches and the elliptical for a few. I was pooped after that so I went home and watched...

i had a lousy day yesterday. i got teased a lot by my boss. really? you're 25 and you have to make fun of me to feel good about yourself? the only good thing is that it serves as a warning to myself that, although you may be having a good laugh, you have to be aware of how your jokes affect others....
