In my lovely new freecycled jam pan - if you are reading this - thanks again for the jam pan, it's going to be put to good use! I finished my crab apple jelly and it was so much easier in the new pan. Also it was easier to wash! I need to think about bigger quantities though - 1.4kilos of crab apple...
