As it happens, we wedded off the middle child.

How does that rhyme go? Milled child is full of...? Oh well I can never seem to remember that kind of thing. It was a great wedding. Compact, all in one building. Tasteful dress on the bride, and no, the groom did not wear a dress.

You can drop by for pics at any time if you like.

The fall is that time of year for cleaning. I know most people think of spring cleaning, you just have to talk to a farmer to know that Fall is the time for cleaning. Cleaning out sheds and cupboards for more storage over the winter. Cleaning out eaves troughs to avoid ice dams. Cleaning out Garages so the car will fit in over the winter. Cleaning out closets of your summer clothes. Cleaning off the gold clubs as you put them away. Cleaning off the skis for the upcoming season. n the yard of fallen leaves and debris. Cleaning off the deck to make way for piles of snow. Cleaning up the perennial garden to make way for bulbs in the spring. So you think spring is a time for cleaning?

On another note, but the same e mail, and not on another piece of paper, we have the change in weather. Whether or not we like, the weather is changing. ( you use three “We th er” s in ten words or less.) but this is not a result of some cooked up change in climate due to our exertion of free will. This is something much more powerful. Think of the vanity of man to espouse that he has the power to do what some random act of unbalance makes out planet do. Our planet tilts back and forth because of an unbalance and the act of a magnetic field so powerful it reaches 93,000,000 mile to the sun! The only direct link we have with the sun is visual and through magnetism. The earth’s magnetism is so powerful it can actually control our whole planet.

We are a spec on the butt of the most brobdingnagian animal you can imagine. Do you think we can move this animal we call earth? We are hailing or slagging the largest construction project on earth as the Three Gorges Dam in China. It is taking decades. The magnetism and imbalance of the earth moves the whole orb through 30 degrees or so every 3 months! Who are we kidding. There is not enough coffee in the pot for us to keep awake long enough to generate ideas about moving or changing the course of the earth. It just can’t be done.

It is like proving that addition works mathematically with only addition as the only logical operator. You have to step back. Move aside, let fall takes its gravitational course, and embrace the change in seasons. Pity those people in staid, continuous, non-changing, climates. Now is the time to clean up, and renew for the purity of the white form.

Now there could be an alien life form able to mess us up. An I am just waiting for them.

New phone and New me and New Lifw

I know some of you who read my blogs most of the time are wondering why I haven't updated in a while. I have a really good reason.

Well one I was going through emotional problems after the fact I found out that boyfriend had been cheating on me for a whole year. I was really unstable and couldn't blog about it.

Second was I was very sick at the time due to the pharmacy giving me the wrong medicine. I had to go to the ER.

The blackberry I worked so hard for was something I just ended up not wanting so I went with a sidekick as a exchange. I needed a change so got the 08/Gekko sidekick. I found more faster for me to type with on here then the blackberry though I was pretty fast on that too.

the details

Alrighty the details of the show.

getting there was an adventure and I'll not go into all the details of that, but suffice to say my truck was not used and we had to make a stop for a minor(not dangerous) trailer repair.

Here are the mares looking stylish in there PJ's and wanting breakfast, gimme a break it was like O' Dark 30 at that point.

Show day starts at 0800 so Hannah and I were up and riding by 0730(ish)
Both ponies settled in very well and we had some hopes for a good dressage section of the show.
Here is Hannah and Nysa, Nysa is a bit tense but moving well.

Here's Me and the Holi just warming up

We both had three classes Prix Caprilli, Intro Test A and Intro Test B
I got first in all three *glee*
Hannah got 4th in Prix Caprilli and then 5th and a 6th in Tests A and B I think, I'm not exactly sure. Considering there was a train going by during test B I'm just happy Hannah got a ribbon at all.
Oh and my score from test B was 71.5% and that won Holi and I walk/trot Dressage Champions, netting us a set of polo wraps :D I love my new mare.
After Dressage was break time, lunch time, pony snack time, make ponies happy by letting them rest time.

Next up Hunter classes, Nysa and Holi are not really hunter ponies but it's just two more classes we can enter and two more opportunities for the ponies(and us) to get some showing experience.
Here are both of us getting warmed up, notice the different outfits on us and the ponies, yes we are crazy enough to show in a sport that requires outfit changes.

Our first Class in hunters was Walk/Trot hunter EQ, that is judged on how we ride(not on the horses) I got 4th, being beaten by a woman that didn't keep her heels down and a woman that didn't two point consistently(she dropped it when the judge wasn't looking)...I'm confused.

Hannah didn't place, it was a large class of 10 and I think she didn't get a few diagonals right.
After that was Walk/Trot Hunter Under Saddle, that is judged on the horses manners and way of going, overall suitability to be a hunter.
Here's Hannah in that class, I made her saddle pad, it has her initials on the other side :D

Holi took 5th and Nysa took 6th, there were 11 horses in this class, and like I said neither pony is really a hunter so we were pleased with those ribbons.

At the end of the day...

Two good ponies, two good mares, both a rare thing.

Now it is fall, time to trail ride, time to relax and settle into the rhythms of winter, to bond with our mares and not worry about the pressures of showing until spring.

Hi everyone :)

My name is Jennifer and i am 20 years old. I am the mother of two beautiful angels, and they are my world! Kaiden James is 18 months old and Keira Ann is 7 Months old. I love them more than anything in the world. I am currently going to school to become a medical assistant. I will be completed and hopefully placed in a good job April 17,2009! I'm done with my physics hw, hehe...w/e. Next, reading for physics lab! Gah! Lmao. First, I think I might call a T-Mobile rep to see if I can get my picture messages working. I love texting and pictures are all the better! I think I've texted alot this month so far...1260 texts, hahaha and my month started on the 8th.

Not a bad day. Considering I've been doing homework and I usually put it off till the last minute, but like my MySpace status says, I'm trying to change and all for the better!!!

Well that's it for now. Maybe it's cooking time...who knows. There's always something to do but for now, later Vox.

Proof!

yep here it is, proof that I can(and do) work on cars. It's something I enjoy, I don't know a ton, but show me how to do something once and I'm good to go, from brakes, to wheel bearings, to CV joints, to thermostats, to...well you get the idea. :D

I wish I knew more, I wish I could get Style's car up and running on my own but next I need a fuel pump and those are not cheap, also that involves removing the gas tank and getting the old pump out of it, yes you heard right the fuel pump is in the tank, ugg, also Style's car is quite low to the ground so a good jack and jack stands need to be procured, I don't want to get smooshed! On the plus side the friend I plan on getting to help me is a cutie! ok a taken cutie but a good guy none the less ;)
