Here is some advice

Don't go to Norway in May and expect it to be warm. IT SNOWED THIS MORNING. Secondly, don't go to two parties in London between flying from Norway and onto Rome and Cairo. And perhaps do not drink a few glasses of Jim Beam and Coke. Thirdly, the seats at Heathrow Terminal 2 are uncomfortable. :(
